Val's Place, a self service retreat house, is located in Westfield IN and offers sleeping accommodations for 10 scrappers and a crop area where each crafter has their own six foot table, comfortable chair, craft mat, Ott light and power strip (with usb ports).

PRIVATE GROUP
A group, with one designated hostess, rents the house for the weekend.
This is a private group with just your crafters.
A $250 non-refundable deposit is required to reserve a date, with the balance due full one month before the reserved weekend.
Beds/bedding and craft space provided for 10 crafters.

PUBLIC GROUP
On designated weekends, anyone can sign up to stay at the house with other crafters.
You may share a room with someone you don't know (yet).
Payment in full is due at time of registration.
Minimum of 5 crafters for event to take place.

10 individual 6ft craft tables all located in the same room. Each area also has a work light with usb charging port and access to electricity.

Living Area
10 twin beds with linens. Three in each room plus one person in a semi private room. Four sleep on the first floor and six sleep on the second floor.
The retreat house has two full bathrooms, with linens and toilet paper included, on the first floor. There is a fully stocked kitchen as well as an eating area separate from the craft area. Outdoor seating area outside the craft room and kitchen. The retreat also includes a washer & dryer and a fully equipped kitchen including the following:
